You have chosen to attend the Site Visit. To participate, you must complete an Indemnity Form, which requires uploading a copy of your ID or passport. If you choose to send us a copy of your ID or passport later, we need to receive it before 8 May 2025 or we reserve the right to cancel your site visit booking.

Indemnity terms

I will be participating in the Enlit Africa site visits in the Western Cape on Friday, 23 May 2025 organised and conducted by VUKA Group. 

I hereby confirm that I am aware of, and agree to the terms and conditions listed below, such agreement being a condition for participation in the tour. 

Conditions of participation: 

I hereby indemnify VUKA Group against any injury, harm or loss of whatsoever nature suffered by me at any time during the tour (and not only whilst participating in the activities) arising from any cause whatsoever including but not limited to illness, accident, theft, injury or death. This exemption from liability shall apply even where the injury, harm or loss referred to above is caused by the negligence of any of the parties.
