Basic Abstract Guidelines
  • Non-commercial abstracts only: No vendor sales pitches. Focus on technical presentations or case studies.
  • Travel and accommodation: Speakers cover their own expenses.
  • Complimentary pass: Confirmed speakers receive a free delegate pass, including teas, lunches, and networking events (excluding site visits and gala dinner).
  • Abstract and biography:
    • Abstract: Max 500 words.
    • Biography: Max 100 words.
  • Language: Abstracts must be in English.
  • Evaluation: All abstracts are reviewed by the Advisory Board and accepted based on merit.
  • Format flexibility: If accepted, your role could change (e.g., roundtable facilitator, panelist, presenter).
