AGREE TO THE INDEMNITY TERMS

I, the attendee (whose details were entered on the previous page), will be participating in the Robben Island, Generation Innovation, Water, Innovation or Distribution site visits in the Western Cape on Friday, 24 May 2024 organised and conducted by VUKA Group. 

I hereby confirm that I am aware of, and agree to the terms and conditions listed below, such agreement being a condition for participation in the tour. 

 

Conditions of participation: 

I hereby indemnify VUKA Group against any injury, harm or loss of whatsoever nature suffered by me at any time during the tour (and not only whilst participating in the activities) arising from any cause whatsoever including but not limited to illness, accident, theft, injury or death. This exemption from liability shall apply even where the injury, harm or loss referred to above is caused by the negligence of any of the parties. 

I am fully aware that the package includes the following only: 

  • Transfers from CTICC to all sites and back 
  • Snack pack and water on bus 
  • Lunch including one soft drink with lunch on-site

This functionality relies heavily on pre-scheduling, thus requiring you to schedule meetings BEFORE the event, to allow the personal services team sufficient time to action a response from targeted participants.
