Abstract submission guidelines
  • Only non-commercial abstracts will be accepted – strictly no vendor sales pitches
  • The abstract must not be more than 500 words in length.
  • Your biography must not be more than 100 words in length
  • Submitted abstracts must be in English
  • All abstracts will be evaluated by industry-specific Advisory Board members and acceptance determined on merit
If confirmed as a Speaker, you will:
  • accept responsibility for your own travel and accommodation arrangements as well as any related expenses to attend the conference
  • be provided with a complimentary delegate conference pass
    • the pass includes access to the conference, teas, lunches and a networking event on the first night
    • the pass excludes access to site visits and the gala dinner, which can be booked separately
  • potentially participate in one of the following formats: roundtable facilitator, panellist, case study presenter, demo speaker, chairperson or technical PPT presenter.
