• • • This application is for non-paid, mutually beneficial partnerships. Paid media partnership can be considered once the application is accepted.
    • Your application will be reviewed by the Green Economy Portfolio team at VUKA Group and your successful application status will be emailed to you, along with a proposal partnership document.
      

Should we agree to partner:

• • • You will receive 1 - 2 complimentary passes to the 2-day event, which inlcudes coffee breaks, lunches and the networking event.
    • Your members could have up to 20% discount on delegate passes
    • You will accept responsibility for your own travel and accommodation arrangements as well as any related expenses to attend the conference.
      

    • Your participation format (depending if you are a media partner or a supporting organisation) could be in the form of: 

      • Sharing Press Releases
      • Sharing social media posts
      • Hosting event adverts on your websites
      • Attending the event and writing about it
      • Contributing to webinars and programme
      • Being an ambassador for the event
      • Sharing relevant information for promotion on our website
      • Further involvement in the event
